Great Night at the Sugar Bar NYC. I sang Summertime to an energetic crowd, they were hopping with love and excitement!! Big shout out to Damara Lynn Greene, the best back-up vocalist and soloist in town and another shout out to Kathy Jordon Sharpton (you’re thinking right) for the contact name at Apollo Cafe on 125th street. Thank you Debbie McIntyre, Carole Belle and my good friend Patricia for a magical night.

A fun event planned at the Monticello Raceway and Casino for tomorrow night, The Catskill Club 20′s Era Spectacular. Saturday April 6th, 7:30 – 11:30pm.. But then again, any event that includes the Swing Shift Orchestra is bound to be a success!

Donna Singer and The Doug Richards Trio will be performing in the Sunday Jazz Brunch at Dancing Cat Saloon, Bethel NY, on March 17th – 11:30am-2:30pm. We will be celebrating Women’s History Month focusing on the phenomenal women who contributed their talents to help shape and make music history.

Christmas is over and our CD ‘Kiss Me Beneath The Mistletoe’ had a fabulous run. 8 reviews, #23 on the CMJ Jazz Charts and many new fans! Coming this Spring, ‘Jazz In The Living Room’ CD released international by Donna Singer and The Doug Richards Trio. Our tour starts shortly…NYC booked, Washington booked, Toronto Jazz Festival patiently awaiting 3rd response, Massachusetts Jazz In July audition video sent as requested. 2013 is gonna be big, just sayin’
